Suki Gallery keeps the client’s selections and comments with the proofing gallery so you can continue the job without copying feedback from email.
CLIENT WORKFLOW
The client opens the private link, marks preferred images, adds comments where needed, and completes the gallery when the decision is final. The selected state remains available across later visits.
REVIEW THE RESULT
Open the gallery in the Total CMS admin area to see selected images, comments, and completion status. Export the result as CSV when it needs to move into another production workflow.
DOWNLOAD OPTIONS
You decide whether the client may download original gallery files. When PHP ZIP support is available, Suki Gallery can also prepare a ZIP containing the selected images. Admin selection downloads remain protected.
A missing ZIP option does not stop proofing. Selections and comments still work; only the combined ZIP feature depends on PHP ZIP support.
CHANGING A COMPLETED GALLERY
If the client must revise a completed selection, reopen the workflow in the gallery controls and tell the client that the previous completion is no longer final. Keep comments that explain the reason for a changed selection.
Before delivering final files, compare the exported selection with the visible gallery and check that duplicate filenames or replaced images have not caused ambiguity.
