Imagine presents the same Total CMS 3 record in several places: as an image tile, in a category-filtered result, and on a detailed project or story page.
Complete the portfolio record
Provide the fields used by the design: title, primary image, category, publication information, author, body content, and gallery images where required. A missing primary image leaves the homepage tile without its main visual.
Use categories consistently
The demo filters projects with a categories query value, for example a named location. Keep spelling and capitalization consistent between CMS records and menu links. A renamed category must be updated wherever the navigation points to it.
Check the detail link
Homepage tiles open the project detail page with the CMS object ID. Let the CMS-generated list provide that ID; do not replace it with a title or an unrelated permalink unless the project has been deliberately reconfigured.
Build the story page
The detail example displays category, title, date, author, main image, article text, and additional gallery images. Use the body for the project narrative or blog article and the gallery for related visual work.
Image checklist
Use a strong primary image for the masonry tile.
Write meaningful alternative text instead of leaving only a filename.
Keep gallery order intentional.
Check focal content in different tile shapes.
Preview the full-size detail page as well as the homepage crop.
