Each Suki Gallery is stored as a native proofing-galleries collection object in Total CMS. The images use the native Total CMS gallery field, so the gallery stays part of the site’s normal content model.

CREATE THE GALLERY

  1. Open Suki Gallery and create a new gallery.

  2. Add the gallery title and the images the client should review.

  3. Choose the image order. The client can switch between the light and dark appearance.

  4. Decide whether comments, completion, original downloads, or a selection ZIP should be available.

  5. Save the gallery and copy its client link.

TEST BEFORE SHARING

Open the link in a private browser window or another browser. Confirm that only the intended gallery is visible, previews load, and the enabled actions work. Test the layout on a phone as well as a desktop.

CLIENT PRIVACY

The share link acts as the client’s access token, so send it only to the intended recipient. It does not expose the Total CMS admin area. Public previews are contained and cached for fast delivery; originals and ZIP downloads are available only when the gallery’s download option permits them.

CHANGES AFTER SHARING

You can add images, change options, or reorder the gallery. Ask the client to reload if an older browser view remains open. Existing selections and comments are stored persistently with the gallery.

Subcategories inside the gallery field are not supported because the current Total CMS gallery field cannot be nested inside decks. Use separate proofing galleries when a job needs distinct groups.
