Toolbar Wizard lets you build Total CMS Styled Text toolbars visually, save them as presets, and assign them to Styled Text fields in custom schemas.

REQUIREMENTS

Toolbar Wizard requires Total CMS 3.5.0-rc.1 or newer, Total CMS Pro, and PHP 8.2 or newer. Custom schemas and their Styled Text preset assignments are Pro features.

INSTALLATION

  1. Download and extract the Toolbar Wizard archive.

  2. Find the tcms-data directory actually configured for this website. In RapidWeaver or a subdirectory setup, it may not be located at the web root.

  3. Open tcms-data/extensions. Create the extensions folder there if necessary.

  4. Upload the included stackswork folder. Merge it with an existing stackswork folder rather than replacing that folder.

  5. Confirm the final path tcms-data/extensions/stackswork/toolbar-wizard. Paths such as extensions/stackswork/stackswork/toolbar-wizard are incorrect.

  6. Open Extensions in Total CMS, enable Toolbar Wizard, and open it from the sidebar.

The seven-day trial starts when Toolbar Wizard is opened for the first time. Enter a purchased serial number in its license panel.

FIRST CHECK

Load an existing Styled Text preset, change one harmless tool, save it, and reopen the same preset. Then preview a field that uses the preset. This confirms both settings access and the assignment path.

If Toolbar Wizard is not listed, check the actual tcms-data path, Total CMS edition and version, PHP version, ownership, and permissions.
