Toolbar Wizard includes a seven-day trial and supports 1 Domain and Unlimited serial numbers. Activate the serial in the extension’s license panel.
SAFE UPDATES
Toolbar Wizard reports available updates in its admin area and installs one only after an administrator confirms it. Back up tcms-data before an update or a large settings change.
PRESET DOES NOT APPEAR
Save the preset, reload Toolbar Wizard, and check that it exists in the native Total CMS preset list. If a schema field does not offer it, confirm that the assignment was saved for the correct Styled Text field.
SIDEBAR ICON OR ROUTE IS WRONG
The admin route follows the active Total CMS base path. A hard-coded root admin path is not required. If the icon opens Route not found, verify the extension is in the actual tcms-data/extensions directory used by the site, especially in RapidWeaver or subdirectory installations.
ACTIVATION PROBLEM
Confirm that the serial belongs to Toolbar Wizard and copy it without added spaces. If the license was activated on the wrong website, deactivate or move it from the license panel before activating it on the correct domain. A 1 Domain license covers the registered main domain and up to three of its subdomains; Unlimited is intended for use beyond that scope.
BEFORE CONTACTING SUPPORT
Record the Toolbar Wizard version, Total CMS version and edition, PHP version, preset name, schema and field name, exact steps, and exact error message. A screenshot of the preset preview and the real Styled Text toolbar is often useful.
