Stealth Preview lets you view your live, published website while it’s still hidden behind the maintenance page for everyone else.
This feature is ideal when you want to upload updates and check them “live” before reopening your site to the public.

How it works

  • Activate Maintenance Mode
    Turn on “Maintenance Mode” in ZapNap as usual — visitors will see your custom maintenance page.

  • Enable Stealth Preview
    Toggle Stealth Preview on in the Stack settings.
    You’ll now see a small yellow info bar in RapidWeaver’s Preview Mode.

  • Copy your secret link
    The yellow bar shows a private link like ?zap=yourSecretCode.
    Click it once to copy it — or copy it manually if you prefer.

  • Use the link on your published site
    After publishing, open your website in the browser and add the copied code to the end of your domain:

https://yourdomain.com/?zap=yourSecretCode
You’ll immediately bypass the maintenance overlay and see your live site.
Everyone else still sees the maintenance page.
