Dash 2 is a reduced, customizable client dashboard for Total CMS 3. It is a separate Foundation 6 project that publishes beside the main site and opens under the site’s /admin path.

Choose the correct project

Use Dash 2 for Total CMS 3. The download also includes the older Dash 1.2 project for Total CMS 1; keep the two project files separate and do not mix their collection setup.

Prepare a working copy

  1. Keep the downloaded Dash project unchanged as a backup.

  2. Duplicate it and work from the copy.

  3. Resolve missing-stack warnings.

  4. Read Preparing a Foundation 6 Project for first use.

Purchased project files can be downloaded again through Paddle when needed.

Configure and publish

  1. Open the Dash settings/general page and enter the project domain.

  2. Configure the collection IDs used by the supplied dashboard sections.

  3. Publish Dash to the same destination directory as the main site.

  4. Confirm that the exported Dash pages are in the admin folder.

  5. Open https://your-domain.example/admin and sign in.

First test

After login, open Home, Blog, Services, Gallery, Depot, Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Profile. Use Add or View only with disposable test content until every collection ID has been checked.
