Suki Gallery includes a seven-day full trial. Activate a purchased 1 Domain or Unlimited serial number in the extension’s license panel.
AFTER THE TRIAL
Existing client galleries remain readable after an expired trial. Suki Gallery does not delete gallery data. Editing, feedback actions, and downloads require an active license.
UPDATES
When an update is available, Suki Gallery shows it in the admin area. Installation begins only after an administrator confirms it. Create a current TotalRecall or other verified tcms-data backup before updating.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications use the native Total CMS mailer. If a gallery works but email does not arrive, test the Total CMS SMTP configuration, sender address, spam folder, and mail logs. The gallery itself does not require email to work.
COMMON CHECKS
If the sidebar icon opens the wrong URL or a Route not found page, verify that Suki Gallery is installed inside the actual tcms-data directory used by that Total CMS installation. This is especially important with RapidWeaver and subdirectory installations.
If images do not appear, confirm the gallery field contains published images and that files are readable. If a selection ZIP cannot be created, confirm PHP ZIP support and writable temporary storage. If the client sees stale content, reload the share page and verify that the current link belongs to the intended gallery.
When contacting support, include the Suki Gallery version, Total CMS version and edition, PHP version, the failing action, and the exact error message. Do not send a live private gallery link unless support asks for it.
