Toolbar Wizard can assign a preset to individual Styled Text fields in custom schemas. It can also export and import presets when several websites should use the same editing controls.
ASSIGN A PRESET
Create or load the preset and save it.
Open the assignment area in Toolbar Wizard.
Choose the custom schema.
Choose the Styled Text field.
Select the required preset and save the assignment.
Open an object that uses the schema and check the field toolbar.
Only Styled Text fields in custom schemas are available for assignment. Toolbar Wizard requires Total CMS Pro for this reason.
EXPORT A PRESET
Export a known-good preset before rebuilding it or moving it to another website. Give the exported file a name that identifies its purpose and date.
IMPORT A PRESET
Create a current backup of the destination tcms-data directory.
Import the preset file in Toolbar Wizard.
Review the toolbar preview instead of assuming every site needs the same tools.
Save it under the intended name.
Assign it to the destination schema fields.
Test a real edit and save operation.
An imported preset does not automatically know which schema fields on another site should use it. Assignments must be checked on the destination website.
If a field is missing from the assignment list, verify that it belongs to a custom schema and that its type is Styled Text.
