Dash gives clients a focused Total CMS 3 workspace. The exact menu depends on how the project was customized, but the supplied project demonstrates the following workflow.

Sign in and recover access

Open the site’s /admin URL and sign in with the configured Total CMS account. Use Forgot Password? on the login screen when password recovery is required. The Keep me signed in option should be used only on a trusted device.

Dashboard and collection shortcuts

Home provides Add and View shortcuts for configured collections. Current Dash versions can filter Draft and Featured items, and show item counters for Gallery and Depot content.

Blog and Services

Use Search to narrow the list, Add Post to open an editor, and the list entries to review existing records. Check draft and featured filters before concluding that an item is missing.

Gallery and Depot

Gallery manages images and metadata such as alternative text, links, tags, and focal points. Depot manages downloadable files, folders, comments, tags, and file metadata. The counters give an immediate indication of stored content.

Single-content and profile sections

Legal Notice and Privacy Policy use rich-text editors. Replace all example placeholders and have the final content reviewed for the site. Profile updates the dashboard user’s name and image.

System tools

Clear Cache refreshes cached CMS output when recent content is not visible. Server Checker is available from the System area for environment diagnostics. Avoid clearing cache repeatedly when the underlying collection ID or publish path is wrong.
